Welcome to the online shop of Medical Aesthetic Clinic ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing and purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• General Information
  
  This online shop is operated by Medical Aesthetic Clinic, a duly registered business in the Philippines. Our products and services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• Products and Services
  
  We offer skincare products, beauty kits, IV drip packages, and other wellness-related items. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify items at any time without prior notice.

• Orders and Payment
  
  Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment through the official payment platform integrated into this website. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is processed.
  We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

• Pricing
  
  All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

• Delivery and Shipping
  
  Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery within Metro Manila and provincial areas may vary, depending on courier services. Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  
  Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. For product orders totaling ₱3,000 and above, a fixed shipping fee of ₱80 will apply. For orders below ₱3,000, the customer will shoulder the full delivery fee based on the courier’s standard rates.

• Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
  
  Due to the nature of our products—primarily personal care and health-related items—all sales are final, except in cases where an incorrect item was delivered due to an error on our part.

  
  We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are:

  • Opened, used, or tampered with in any way.

  • Damaged during transit, as all orders are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

  • Unsealed after delivery, especially if they fall under hygiene and health-sensitive categories.

  • Personalized, customized, or made to order.

  • Perishable, or those with an expired shelf life upon return.

  • Inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  If a return is accepted due to a dispatch error, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A clear photo of the item and the order number must be provided for validation.

  We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

  Once a return request has been approved, the customer shall bear full responsibility for the cost and risk involved in returning the item. All approved returns must be sent to the following address:

  Medical Aesthetic Clinic shall not be held liable for any items lost or damaged during the return shipment. It is strongly advised that all returns be sent via a trackable and insured courier service.

  
  Processing of refunds or exchanges shall only proceed upon confirmed receipt of the returned item in acceptable condition.

• Clinic Services

  
  For services booked or purchased online (e.g., IV drip packages or aesthetic procedures), appointment scheduling is required. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of the session and lead to restrictions on future bookings.

• Intellectual Property

  All content on our online shop, including logos, photos, texts, and designs, is the intellectual property of Medical Aesthetic Clinic and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

• Privacy Policy

  We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Limitation of Liability

  We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of our products or services, or from use contrary to the instructions provided. It is the client’s responsibility to follow all guidelines and product directions.

  To ensure safety and suitability, an aesthetic consultation is strongly advised prior to purchasing any product or service, especially if there are existing skin or health concerns. Consultations are free of charge by appointment.
